Today's meeting was held at a really interesting venue, SMU! Yes though it was hot and stuffy, we managed to accomplish we had planned.
The agenda of the day:
- complete and touch-up on last minute changes of allocated survey results
- compile all our results on a shared excel sheet
However, we encountered quite a few problems too.
- Delegates did not take the surveys seriously and some questions were either left out or done without any consideration
- Certain questions which required them to rank the options, were redundant as they ticked the options instead, causing confusion among our survey results.
As a result, we were only able to complete exactly 120 surveys that were done properly instead of the original 150 that was done in the beginning. We were quite disappointed but nevertheless, we managed to compile all our survey results!!!!!
